Kilmore Racing Club has a prestigious history that dates back prior to the 1850s.  At this time horses would run between two mapped points in an up and back design. The undulating character was retained when the track moved to its present site in 1865 and is quite different from the flat tracks favoured by most clubs. The Club in its present form can be traced to 1900 and over the years has played host to all the champion jockeys, trainers and horses of their time.

Kilmore Racing Club offers fabulous luncheon packages in the Kilmore Trackside  Function Centre. Enjoy a fabulous three course Luncheon Package that also includes admission, race book and reserved table and seating while over looking the picturesque race course. On feature days you can also enjoy your own Marquee or Umbrella Package that are fabulous for groups of over town.
